The property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and also has a fold out trundle bed for the 5th guest if required.

The Clump boat ramp at clump point is a 10 min drive North, or the South Mission Boat ramp an 8 min drive South.

To Note: The undercover parking area is not always be available upon booking as owners reside downstairs and use this space for personal use at times.

Please note in the April and July School holidays there is a minimum 5 night stay , while the September and December holidays have a 7 night stay.
