Sienna-Rose

Sienna-Rose is a unique, architecturally designed home set across from the beach in a lush, private garden, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Despite it’s reclusive position backing onto a rainforest reserve, it is literally only a 30 second walk to the beach and approximately 5-10 minutes walk to Mission Beach Village’s cafes, art galleries and shops. It’s a great option for holiday accommodation in Mission Beach.

Rates and Occupancy:
Sienna-Rose sleeps a total of 10, 8 + 2 extras on rollaway beds when entire house booked.

Nightly rate of AUD540 is for maximum 6 people and does not include Master Bedroom (the parent’s retreat) or use of the extra mattresses. To book the entire house please choose 8 as the number of people for the stay, the nightly rate for the whole house is AUD650 and this will also give you complimentary access to two additional rollaway beds for children under 12.

Regardless of the number of guests if you require the whole house the rate will be $650 .

You are welcome to set these rollaway beds up anywhere in the house when the booking is for 8 people. 7 person bookings are not an option. Please let us know if you will be using the extra mattresses so we can provide additional linen.

Infants and children under 3 in any booking configuration are welcome to use the complimentary port-a-cot or share existing bedding.

The Finer Details:
Sienna-Rose is new to the holiday market as we have been living here for the past five years. However we are now ready to share her with the world and hope that you love her as much as we do.

We have hosted many, many interstate family and friends over the years who can vouch that this is an awesome place to relax on holidays.

The entrance to the house brings you into a lovely spacious outdoor living area which flows through to the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The ocean breezes are channeled through this area and flow magnificently through the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with Nespresso coffee machine and European appliances, a large breakfast bench and walk in pantry.

The Lounge and dining areas overlook the pool and backyard and the TV is connected to Netflix through the free NBN wifi that is available throughout the house.

The Master bedroom is a separate parents’ retreat and accessed via a breeze-way off the lounge room.

Room configuration:
Master Bedroom: Sleeps 2, 1 x King bed, Private outdoor ensuite, TV, Walk in robe, Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.

Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2, 1 x King zip bed (splits to 2 x long singles), Private outdoor ensuite, TV and DVD, Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.

Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2, 1 x King zip bed (splits to 2 x long singles), Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.

Bedroom 3: Sleeps 2, 1 x King zip bed (splits to 2 x long singles), Air-conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Window screens.

Please note;

2-4 night stays will attract an additional cleaning & linen charge of $270 per stay.

Minimum of 5 nights is required for Easter and June/ July school Holidaysand a minimum 7 nights is required during the September & Christmas School Holiday Periods.
