The property is fully air conditioned with fans and high ceilings. The bedrooms are located on a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge / kitchen area. The main bathroom is located off the living area and there is a separate toilet in the laundry area off the downstairs courtyard. On those rainy tropical days you can while away the time playing from the selection of the board and card games. The property has excellent internet connectivity and you can even connect to stream your favourite channels.
There are two covered outdoor entertaining areas for you to enjoy the tropical Far North Queensland outdoor lifestyle. There’s even an outdoor shower for you to wash the sand from your toes after a leisurely walk on the beach. Had enough swimming at the beach? Then take a swim in the dedicated in-ground mineral swimming pool!! The cottage also has a carport which links to the home via an undercover walkway.
You can walk to the water taxi and take a ride to nearby Dunk Island, which is just a 10 minute boat ride off the coast of Mission Beach.
Only a short stroll to the beach, this property is in a premium location featuring cafes, restaurants, resort, shops, bus terminal and Woolworths, all so close by.
